Exchange and return
We want you to be happy with every purchase. If for some reason the product doesn't suit you, don't worry, we'll make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Basic conditions:
- Term: You can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Condition: We only accept returns on items that have not been used, have not been washed , and have all tags and labels intact . Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- Defect or error: If you discover a manufacturing defect or receive the wrong model/size, we will exchange or refund in full at our expense .
Important details:
- Payment terms: Refunds depend on the speed of logistics services and banks. We will do everything we can to speed up this process.
- Storage at the post office: Please pick up the parcel within 5 business days from the Nova Poshta branch, otherwise it will automatically return to the store.
- Rejection upon receipt: If you don't like the appearance of the product when you inspect it at the post office, you can reject it immediately. This is the fastest way to resolve the issue.
